Important: Vynra provides digital SaaS services and account-based platform access. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and the 14-day statutory cancellation period are handled where applicable.
1. Our Service
Vynra provides digital software-as-a-service subscriptions, creator acquisition workflow tools, CRM functionality, usage counters, support services, onboarding, and account-based digital access. Vynra does not sell physical products. All services are delivered digitally through the Vynra platform.
2. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle processes payments, manages applicable taxes, provides payment-related customer support, and handles refund processing in accordance with applicable law and Paddle buyer terms. Charges may appear on your statement as Paddle, Paddle.net, or a similar Paddle descriptor.
3. 14-Day Statutory Cancellation Rights
Depending on your country of residence and whether you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your digital service contract within 14 days from the date of purchase. Where this legal right applies, you may request cancellation or refund support through Paddle within the applicable period. Because Vynra is a digital service, this right may be limited or no longer available once service access has started, account access has been activated, onboarding or support has begun, creator discovery capacity has been used, add-ons have been applied, or digital service benefits have been made available to the customer, where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Subscriptions
Vynra subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually depending on the selected plan. Customers may cancel future renewals. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period once the subscription service has been activated or made available.
5. Add-ons and Usage Packs
Creator prospect packs, extra user seats, custom capacity, onboarding, and other add-ons are digital service enhancements. Once an add-on has been purchased, activated, applied to the account, consumed, or made available for use, it is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6. When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be reviewed if a duplicate payment was made, a billing error occurred, access to the purchased service was not provided after reasonable support attempts, a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law, or Paddle determines that a refund is appropriate under its buyer terms.
7. When Refunds Are Generally Not Provided
Refunds are not generally provided for change of mind after service access has started, failure to use the platform after activation, used creator prospect capacity or applied add-ons, completed onboarding or support services, or partial use of a monthly or annual subscription period unless required by law.
8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
For purchases processed through Paddle, refund and cancellation requests should be submitted through Paddle buyer support or through the instructions included in your Paddle purchase confirmation email. You may also contact Vynra support at support@vynraapp.com. For sales or subscription questions, contact sales@vynraapp.com.
9. Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on Paddle, the payment method, and the customer’s bank or payment provider.
10. Enterprise or Custom Agreements
Enterprise, white-label, custom onboarding, implementation, or negotiated commercial agreements may have separate cancellation and refund terms stated in the applicable order form, invoice, or signed agreement.
