The Crêpe Café – Egypt

About the Company

The Crêpe Café is part of BFC Retail Group’s first fast-casual franchise, originally launched in 2001 by French-Australian entrepreneurs in Surfers Paradise, Australia. It presents an elevated fast-food experience centered on crêpes, waffles, and pancakes. Since 2007, it has expanded into the Middle East and continues to grow, offering culturally tailored flavors and a visually distinctive brand identity marked by yellow-and-black décor. Their service model emphasizes freshness and entertainment—crepes are cooked in front of customers, ensuring a delightful dining experience whether for dine-in, take-out, or on-the-go orders  .

Achievements

As the Digital Marketing Lead for The Crêpe Café – Egypt, I transformed its online presence and operational channels to drive engagement and revenue. I spearheaded the adaptation of the global brand to the Egyptian market by launching digital campaigns that celebrated local flavors and culturally relevant menu innovations. By managing the digital strategy across platforms—from the website to social media and delivery integrations—I enhanced customer engagement through interactive content and seasonal promotions. My efforts helped amplify brand visibility, grow customer loyalty, and boost sales via streamlined digital and offline synergies.
